All sales are final. Your product working properly is important to us, and for this we want to ensure that we are here to help you out as much as possible. Your 100% money back guarantee protects you in the case of damaged or defective products upon verified delivery. If you receive a damaged item within your order please immediately send us a picture of your items that arrived damaged at care@trainfitly.com

If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email care@trainfitly.com with your order number, and a photo of the product. This is vital for Trainfitly to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible.

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by Trainfitly, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Alo Yoga is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!

We will refund the price of the merchandise including duties & taxes (prorated to the number of units being returned). Customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
