If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photo of the product. This is vital for Trainfitly to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible.
Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by Trainfitly, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either.
