If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email [email protected] with your order number, and a photo of the product. This is vital for Trainfitly to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible.

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by Trainfitly, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either.

Alo Yoga is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.


Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!

We will refund the price of the merchandise including duties & taxes (prorated to the number of units being returned). Customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
